October 9, 2024 was a day that most of us here in the Bay will never forget. Hurricane Milton hit and lots of folks were still feeling the pain from Helene that had just touched down a few weeks earlier.

St Pete residents watched the roof be torn off Tropicana Field and it still hasn’t been fully repaired.

Its damage to Florida was estimated to be over $34 billion.
