Diddy Gets A “Small” Win?

U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian, a judge in the Diddy sex crimes case, has ordered prosecutors to get rid of their copies of the disgraced mogul’s handwritten notes. The notes were taken during a recent search of his cell. A decision will be made on whether they can be used in preparation for the his upcoming sex trafficking trial.
